European shares resumed their downwards trend on Thursday, hit by some disappointing earning updates including from UK and a fall in Italian banks on continued uncertainty over the outlook for the country’s finances.
At 0818 GMT, STOXX 600 () fell 0.5 percent, with most sectors trading in the red following broad-based gains in the previous session that helped the pan-European index bounce from near two-year lows.
We see DAX has been supported from 11100 level and started to correct it self if it ends above 11200 pivot level we can see a positive movement last day of the week.
EURUSD – Daily
EUR is trying to reach above 1.14500 level. While European indices are going down we see EUR is getting stronger. Traders prefer to stay in liquid position. If it can break 1.14500 we can see a movement up until 1.15 by next week.
